The project involved improving the water pumping and distribution system to the plant with the incorporation of residual heat recovery from the system with the new equipment installed.

Through this energy efficiency improvement project, an energy saving of 47.38 tep/year has been achieved.

This project has been subsidized by the “Aid Program for Energy Efficiency Actions in SMEs and Large Companies in the Industry Sector,” co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER) and managed by the Catalan Institute of Energy (ICAEN), charged to the National Energy Efficiency Fund.
