The purée production line is where direct juice is obtained from sweet fruits such as peaches, apples, pears, apricots and strawberries. Purées retain all their pulp content without any form of concentration.
The concentrated-purée production line is where purée is produced with different levels of concentration, depending on the client’s requirements: 20/22 Brix, 30/32 Brix, etc. The direct-juice production line is where direct juice is produced and its pulp content is controlled. The aroma production line is part of the concentrate production line, and it is where the volatile ingredients of the fruit (which are contained within the water obtained from the first evaporation of the juice) are collected. The aroma is refined by distilling it, and is concentrated to between 150 and 175 fold. Indulleida can make non-standard products that are tailored to the specific requirements of the client.
