In January 2001, the Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification (AENOR) certified that Indulleida’s quality and environmental management systems complied with the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2000 and UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2004 standards, and awarded the corresponding certificates.
Indulleida has its own laboratory where work relating to quality control of its products and supervision of its installations is carried out. When necessary, research, development and innovation (R&D&I) work is also undertaken.
The company also has a cogeneration plant that produces the electricity and steam needed by the factory. The service installations include a wastewater treatment plant which ensures that the water used in the production process is properly treated before being returned to the water cycle.
